Using RME 3.4 when I view the reachability dashboard the times are 1 hour behind. It looks like daylight savings time was missed, but the current server time is correct (ntp synced). Do I need to adjust the time format somewhere else in Ciscoworks. Server is Windows 2000 service pack 2.

It's a bug. CSCdy67875:RME 3.4 Reachability Dashboard is 1 hour behind the real time. It's fixed in RME 3.5. You may want to check with TAC to see if there's a patch available for RME 3.4 as well.
