RME discovery problem

I have alot of 26XX series routers that are discovered as SNMP devices - is this a bug or is there some way to fix this?

What is the RME and IDU installed versions?

Make sure that you have installed the latest IDU patch for RME 3.4 from CCO.

Make sure you've installed the "Rtr2600 Package":

Device Manager -> View Installed Packages

If not, get it:

Device Manager -> Administrator -> Package Support Updater -> Add Packages

I have a simular problem in that RME accepts 2621's but not 2621xm's. The 2621xm are shown as snmp devices.

I have rtr2600 21.0 installed

Any advise appreciated
