RME in CW2K can't backup the devices' configuration~

The system return message like this

"Tftp:PGM_NM=Configuration Archive:6721:TYPE=unassigned message type::SNMP error, %s Telnet: Failed to get the begining of the configuration file Ssh:

PGM_NM=Configuration Archive:6737:TYPE=unassigned message type::Failed to initiate telnet session, Cannot create ssh session to 10.2.116.1"

i have configure the local password/tacacs password and telnet password, but it doesn't waork at all, how can i resolve this problem?

Hi Zixi,

It seems that the credentials provided in RME might not be correct. Please try to run the Check Device Attributes on the devices reporting the Config Archive error. If they report an error, you might want to check the credentials you have provided. Also, is the failure being seen in specific types of devices? e.g. Cat6k, 4k etc.
