RME Inventory-Chssis Slot Detail

Hi,

The RME Inventory-Chassis Slot Detail does not show slot details for Catalyst 4506 as it is shown below:

Total Devices: 1

Cisco Router

Number of Router devices = 1

Cisco Router

Device Name Total Slots Available Slots Location User Field1 User Field2 User Field3 User Field4

B1-L10-CC-ServerFarmB N/A N/A

The RME has been updated with RME3.4 IDU 4.0

Any suggestion.

If you delete this device from the inventory and then add it back again, does it make any difference for the chassis slot details?
