RME inventory does not collect the correct serial number from VG200

Hi,

I am using RME 3.4 . when i poll the VG200 for detail hardware report. the serial it gets is not the same as the serial number seen phsyically on the VG200. The serial number the RME display is the motherboard serial number which is not the one i wanted.

Is there a workard on this issues ? I have no problem on the catalyst switches.

Either use RME's Change Device Attributes to update the serial# of the VG200 OR enter it manually in the VG200's config using snmp-server chassis-id command and then update the inventory.
