Which IP address? The source of the update, or the update (routing) information itself? Routes received from a BGP peer can be filtered based on the route prefix, but the source of the update can't be filtered, I don't think, since you're actually building a unicast peering, so anything you apply to a given neighbor is, by definition, from that neighbor's ip address.
