Hi,
Routed protocols are protocols that are routed over an internetwork.
Routing protocols are protocols that implement routing algorithms.
routed protocol = IP,Appletalk ..
routing protcolol = rip, ospf, eigrp..

Its a common misunderstanding which many including me have faced.
Routed is the protocol that is routed or we can say the protocols that move around Eg: Ip,IPX/SPX
and routing protocols are the ones that are significant to the equipment and that take care of information and make communication possible Eg..EIGRP, OSPF
