Router Cisco 831 ADSL

Hi,

My customer reboot every day the router. The router hang (ping on the router does no respond).

I have change the router with a Cisco 837 ADSL for testing. The problem is the same.

I have test the router with my network and have no problem.

I think there is a problem with my customer network. And i want to configure the Cisco mini switch to change the port configuration in 10 Mbps and half duplex.

But when i use the command SH INTERFACES , i cannot view the four 10/100 port.

How can i configure this mini switch

Hi, it is not a switch, just a 4 port 10/100 auto-sensing hub. It does not support full-duplex. You can access it for configuration purposes through interface Ethernet 0 under global config, though your configuration options are limited, ie no control over speed or duplex settings.
