Router hangs...

we hv faced the similar problem for abt three times

some times,

i cud not even ping my router interface..when i reset (Power) an dafter some time started working..is there any prob with interface..

2621 with wic 1 T is there...2mb is incoming b/w..i hv configured 128K to fa0/1 thru rate-limit cmd...is that correct?.....and b/w assigned to fa0/0 is 1800kb, serial = 2mb

what cud be the problem...

dividing b/e for the above config, what cmd shd i use...traffic-shafe? or rate limit ?or custom queing?
