router has no out packets on pvc

is it normal I have 0 OutPkts and 195 OutProc? I don't think so.. what is the problem? anyone can help please?

InPkts: 63, OutPkts: 0, InBytes: 1197, OutBytes: 0

InPRoc: 63, OutPRoc: 195, Broadcasts: 0

Very strange, OutPkts should account for all processed and fastswitch packets. Is this happening on every VC?

Could this possibly be a bug? The Cisco bug tool has 14 documented ATM VC Counter bugs. If you have CCO access I recommend searching the bugs.

yes, as you can see there are packets in so on the other side there are packets out. However if my router doesn't send out packets too, connection cannot be established
