Router reboots while taking tftp backup

We are noticing router ( 7206 VXR) reboot whenever we take tftp backup, we have replaced even the tftp PC ( tftp for windows ) and even reloaded the tftp software but no luck. Here is the log..any help

I beleive you are hitting a software bug

Open a tac case and attache dthe crashinfo files from bootflash.

I do not have a ID for creating a TAC case. Any other clue.
