router tftp'ing for config on boot?

Hi, I keep getting the error messges below (forever) when I boot a 2620 running 12.2(16a) software, enterprise plus:

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Timed out)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/2620-2-confg (Timed out)

...and so on....

Why is my router looking for a tftp server to provide a config?? How do I make it stop

Thanks in advance for any help!
