Router went disable when inserting GEIP+

Hi,

Yesterday we made a change on a 7500 router. we inserted a GEIP+ module in one free slot and inmediatly the router stop working and all slot went to the disable state. We reload the router and everything came back to normal. Unfortunely we don´t have the log files at that moment, do you have an idea what may happen?

Without the log files, it is difficult to determine what caused the failure. If the problem happens again, be sure to capture the log files and open a case with Cisco for further analysis.
