My router is acting very funny can anyone tell me what this message means.
"NON-Volatile configuration memory is not present" and what makes it come up?

NVRAM just hold the config of the router..Flash memory holds the IOS image..So as long as the Flash is fine with image..Router will come up fine..
Now what is the results when you issue the following commands??
sh run
sh startup

If you haven't already, then I HIGHLY recommend going to Cisco's error message decoder at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Errordecoder/home.pl
You may have to register/login but it's a url you'll use quite a bit.
