if i want to route to my router which is doing vlan routing which has a class c subnetted address split int 3,which is 172.19.55.0 with a /26 bit mask, would I just point the 172.19.55.0 network to that router from my other router ? or would I need to point each individual subnetted address to it ?

A subnet mask of /26 will split a class c (/24) into 4 subnets, not three.. I assume that was a typo.
If all the subnets of that /24 belong to the same router, you do not need to point each individual subnet at it. Simply point the entire /24 to that router.
