HTTPS shall be routed over leased line (ISDN) to another site and from there to ISP. At the other site HTTPS is running well. HTTP is working on both sites. But how can I handle this issue, by using access lists?
What you have to do is use policy-routing based on access-lists to set the outbound interface to be the BRI interface. Basically the policy is applied to the inbound interface of the traffic(say the ethernet) and then using a route-map to identify the traffic you want you then set a specific exit interface for this traffic.
