Routing via the AUX port

I have the need to route 9600bps async data. There are 6 sites that need to pass data to one site. It is not a dial connection, meaning that the connection needs to be up at all times. I seem to recall being able to route via the AUX port, but am not sure on how to accomplish this. I have routers with available AUX ports at each location. Any suggestions?

Is this what you need? http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/779/smbiz/service/configs/async/async_ipipxat_static_aux.htm You'll still need to hang a modem off the port or direct connect the routers.
