RS Access - User Intermittently looses connections to RAS Server.

Is it user's modem "Ss the question?"

isasras#show log

May 12 08:48:53.306: %MICA-3-UNKNINBAND: Unknown inband msg from modem (1/25): opcode = 0x0

May 12 08:48:55.226: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Async26, changed state to reset

May 12 08:49:00.226: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Async26, changed state to down

Can we say the above problem is due to a faulty modem at user end?

It happens about once or twice a week.

Re: RS Access - User Intermittently looses connections to RAS Se

This could be due to the following bug CSCdw77893 which you can view at this link. You may need to upgrade your probe version as well.
