Sanity Check-Clearing config on Cat6 Native

Hi, I have just gone through the nightmare of having a corrupt bootldr file and am a little gunshy at this point after the time spent correcting.

I want to blow away the config in the Cat6 and start over, but doing so wil remove the "boot" commands in the config. Will this cause a problem when the box reboots.

If so, what is the proper way to start a fresh config.

write erase and reload is the easiest way to start from scratch. If the switch boots into rommon due to missing boot commands, try manual boot and then set the correct bootvariables. The following page should be useful were this to happen
