Second IPv6 Question - PC can not send packet beyond local router
I have a PC connected to router1(fa1/1) (via a switch) and this router is connectd to another router via a x-over (fa1/0). The other router has has a connection to a lan on fa2/1 and is the other side of the x-over fa2/0.
now from PC1 I can ping the e0 and e1 of rtr1 but cannot ping e0 and e1 (and thus the otherpc) on router2.
from PC2 I can ping both interfaces on rtr2 but cannot ping any interfaces on rtr1 or PC1.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
