Seeing port usage with CatOS

With CatOS (on a 4006 or 6500) how can I see a port's usage? I want to know how much traffic has flowed over the given port recently, (like 'show int vlan1 | inc rate' for IOS). I know I can do SNMP-based graphing, but that isn't what I'm looking for.

The closest thing in CatOS is "show top"
