Serial Interface: DCD Going UP/DOWN

I have a Cisco 2600 router connected to a T1 line via external CSU/DSU. When I debug Serial interface. It constantly outputs the following:

PowerQUICC(0/0): DCD is down

PowerQUICC(0/0): DCD is up

What could be the problem? There are no ACLs or Firewalls.

BTW, I started investing it, when someone told me that Oracle's SQLNet doesn't work on this line. SQLNet works, if the two routers connect via dialup.

Thanks.

Re: Serial Interface: DCD Going UP/DOWN

This shows carrier transitions. Possible faulty cabling, bad CSU/DSU, or serial port.
