Serial interfaces problem after 7513 reboots

Hi all,

Everything started when we need to power down the network equipments for a electrical maintenance. We use a 7513 Cisco router to concentrate the majority of wan connections (serials). When the 7513 router starts one of T1 connections shows an intermittence communication with the remote location. A few days later this situation affected 3 more T1. At this point we found a problem related with the serial interfaces and moved the connection to a DS3 interface, although this affected DS3's T1s. Another day we had the same situation with other interfaces, in this case the serials showed up/downs.

what's going on? Exist a hardware/ software problem?

It doesn't sound like a software problem. Either you have a hardware issue with the serial interfaces or a problem in the Telco network.

We are a Telco too. The Toll room's guys don't see any problem. How can I test if there is a hardware or Telco issue? How can i'am certain to decide purchasing new serial interfaces.

I'm worry to reset the router again and have the same situation on the last channelized T3 ports we're using.
