setpasswd does not work

I have been installing Cisco WAN Manager version 12.0.00, towards the end CWM will create system user name & set password.

Even if you try manualy from CLI itb does not work.

#./setpasswd

Enter New password:

Once I enter password, the system hlat.

setpasswd is script I am running to complete the complete task.

Can any one resolve this promtem pls.

Are you facing this problem when trying to login from a client? Are able to login from the server itself? If so, it means that the issue could be with DNS resolution.

Also make sure that your client can resolve the DNS names. Also check the usr/users/svplus to see if its full, as that can cause this particular issue as well, make sure you delete old core and logs file.
