setting up multiple telnet ports on a router

I am trying to setup multiple telnet ports on a 3700 series router. Does anyone know how to set up multiple vty ports at once. I have 32 connections to setup. I have seperate descriptions for each connection.

Thanks

Robert

To the extent that the vty ports (the telnet ports) have common parameters you can configure them in a group and assign the parameter once and it will apply to all the ports. It would look something like this:

line vty 0 31 (if you are configuring 32 ports)

exec-timeout

access-class

password

login

To the extent that you want to configure some parameters that are unique to a port you must configure those parameters on the ports individually. Since connections to vty ports is done in an order of arrival and therefore not predictable, I am wondering what you want to configure uniquely on each port. Perhaps you could explain a bit more about what you are attempting to accomplish.
