sfp module dust plug protection

Hello Guys,

a very unusual question but i am searching for the dust plug protections that come originally with a 6500 switch.

Where and how can these be ordered? i will have to remove the SFP's not in use and be able to cover the port outlets.

any ideas are welcome.
