sh mac command on a cat 6500

was wondering if anyone has any good documentation that explains the meaning of Rcv-Unicast and Rcv-Octet when a sh mac dynamic mod/port command is issued on a Cat 6509. I have a port that has a count of 0 for Rcv-Unicast and 850393 for Rcv-Octet .

Rcv-Octet includes ucast/mcast/bcast. Are the bcast/mcast frame counters incrementing?
