sho proc command interpretation

The output of the sho proc command shows two percent values for the five second interval (see below). All other time intervals show only one value. What does the x%/y% vales mean?

CPU utilization for five seconds: 15%/12%; one minute: 17%; five minutes: 19%

The first number is the total percentage of CPU usage, the second number is the percentage that is being used by interrupts.
