Thanks for your help!

with IOS 12.0(7)T,after the router reload,I use the show version command ,the output told me that it's an software error£­forced crash,So I think that maybe it's an software bug,so I try to upgrade software to a CISCO suggested version 12.2(8)T4, the router don't reload now,But there

are problems for dial,I tried to increase the share memory to have larger interface buffer, and also increse the interface hold queue ,But it 's no use for dial, if the remote user increase the traffic a little or the session increase to four or five,the connection is dropped,the router has 96M DRAM and the share memory is 25 percent of 96M(24M),Here are some messages I got from my customer £º

In less than 6 days there have been considerable numbers of drops, the output queue is nearly full (all X25 traffic is going to be process switched), there are alot of REJs, and you are using a small window and packet size. What this means is that as the traffic (or number of connections) increases, the physical buffer on the interface is being overrun, possible made worse by the X25 window being closed (whenever we have 2 packets outstanding, we can't send anymore until they are ACKed, and so we have to queue the packets).

I would suggest trying to increase the window size of your X25 connections, and otherwise increase the output hold-queue of the serial interface. Note that this only means that we can queue more data longer; that may hurt you in the end with an increased risk of timeouts and retransmissions.

The output of "sh x25 vc" (look at it often) will indicate if you have VC's whose windowns are closing; the output will only tell you if that is happening or not at that very instance.
