Slip secs on t1 PRI increasing

i have a PRI connected to a PBX and noticed the slip secs increasing i have already tried changing the cable length and the clock source as stated in the documnet below and found no resolution. Any suggestions

You will need the assistance of your provider to determine why the line clock is not synchronizing. Verify with your provider if the clock configuration under the controller matches what is provisioned on the line.
