Slot out of range for agport XX/YY

We could not access (ping or telnet) to our Catalyst switch for a while. After that we saw the following error messages on our switch but we did not use any port-channel interfaces there. What does it mean? How should we prevent this case?

Aug 29 14:03:17.459 TH: SW_IDBMAN: Slot out of range for agport 16/44

Aug 29 14:03:17.459 TH: SW_IDBMAN: Slot out of range for agport 16/45
