sm_server for DFM

Have a problem with sm_server hoggin CPU on a windows box. Need to stop DFM from starting when LMS starts up but need to know the startup file to edit.

Also, any suggestions on what could be causing sm_server to be using so much CPU?? Cannot Monitoring console will not open to check if traps are being flooded.

Thanks for that but it doesnt help that Cisco have closed the bug with no release notes and no information about whether it is fixed or not.
