I keep getting Java null exceptions.. I'm just wondering if this could be related to the fact that I have no contracts linked with my accnt -- I've been asked to confirm that a list of switches are not under any contracts, so I have no contract #.. Can I use the tool to just verify any cisco serial, even if they have no relation whatsoever to a (possibly) existing support contract or my cco login ??
