SMTP between internal subnets

running a iSCSI SAN to 3750 to NIC (in server) on 192.168.100.X. on the ohter side (of the LAN) is my internal network on another private address. I need to allow SMTP from 192.X.X.X to the other internal LAN. (2 address's in server, one a 192 the other a XXX). do I need to allow SMTP at the 3750, is it a gateway issue, etc. I'm not even sure if this is the right forum. thanks.
