sniffer docsis frames

Anyone knows how could sniffer docsis frames? I have an analizer that understand them, but where can i put the sniffer to collect the docsis frames?

Are you asking how to collect the cable modem docsis frames ?

if you are talking about cable docsis frame than use Cisco IOS

feature to collect the docsis frame .

There is cable monitor command

Other way may be use 2 way splitter

Since Cable modem is a broadcast media you can attach the analyzer on any port. If you are using a cisco CMTS this doc might help you.
