SNMP/Community string for MGX8820 Service Module

my network uses third party software to monitor PVC's traffic graphically and uses Community String "popeye@SM_<MGX8850 Service Module slot number>. to be able to get data from a PVC on that Service Module (i.e. FRSM).

I used AXIS@SM_<slot no of Service Module of MGX8220) for MGX8220 but i'm not getting any data at all from that Module for a PVC. Is there any other Community String that i can use? The software can see the whole MGX8220 box by using "public" snmp, but i can't go further deeper to the service modules.
