If any one know about a freeware or shareware that manage snmp traps of cisco equipements please let me know and thank you very much...

OpenNMS (www.opennms.org) can receive traps, and has a lot of Cisco traps defined natively.

Go to www.google.com

Give a search for "freeware SNMP trap manager for Windows"

You should be able to find a bunch of them.

Choose one suitable for yourself.
