snmp.pl and odbc.pl shwo failed in CW server self test

I am see the above failures and want to know what they mean and what to do. I have re-booted Cisco Works and no change.

snmp.pl failing is most likely due to CSCeb60610 and odbc.pl is due to CSCin46525. See details via CCO Bug Toolkit.

I found that Ciscoworks insist that all the ODBC *.dll files must be the same version. I downloaded and installed MDAC 2.8 from Microsoft and now the ODBC selftest passes.

I finally got it to work. I am not sure if one or many things occured to correct it.

I loaded the MDAC and got the odbc to work.

I renamed the SNMP files so no duplicates were found.

Then I realized that I am running 2 nic cards. One card is the CW with its ip address on the new network, but with no DNS entry. The other nic was on the old network, a DHCP address and a DNS. When we finally finally joined the networks in teh core, I removed the old NIC and Campus Manager now works.
