1751 supports the CISCO-ENVMON-MIB since IOS 12.1 and later per:
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/c1751/c1751-supportlist.html. Enabling the envmon traps on the router will send out the following traps:
envmon--Sends Cisco enterprise-specific environmental monitor notifications when an environmental threshold is exceeded. When the envmon keyword is used, you can specify a notification-option value.
