One of our techs installed SP3 on our Ciscoworks box to fix one of his problems. he choose the do not backup files so I cannot uninstall. I need to know what is going to break or not function properly, and what can I do to make a reinstall to a SP2 box easier. Is there files i can copy off to save the configs such as snmp communities or inventories. Help I am screwed!
