SPAN

when i configure SPAN for port monitoring in my switch with a L3 module the switch hangs any suggestions???????

Console> (enable) set span 2/4 3/6

What exactly do you mean by hang? Does the switch stop forwarding traffic? If you are talking about SPAN destination port not able to ping the switch, you need to use the Inpkts enable option
