The error message is self-explanatory:

The switch supports per-VLAN spanning-tree plus (PVST+) and rapid PVST+ with a maximum of 64 spanning-tree instances. One spanning-tree instance is allowed per VLAN. See the "Normal-Range VLAN Configuration Guidelines" section for more information about the number of spanning-tree instances and the number of VLANs. The switch supports IEEE 802.1Q trunking for sending VLAN traffic over Ethernet ports.

Simple way to deal with this s by cleariing the unused VLAN's on that Trunk (port fa0/12)

Thank you very much for feedback..

1st that Fa 0/12 interface is connected to end user not to the switch.

2nd we are not running VTP in our network.

Yes, that's because the current IOS is limited to 64 vlan intances. You currently have 106 vlans which exceeds the limitation. You either remove the rest of the vlans that exceeds the 64 limitation or upgrade to the TAC recommended IOS.

Please provide me the command to clear the trunk port for unused vlans...

No, you have to remove vlan from the database. Clearing the vlan from the trunk will not do it.

You have gone BEYOND the 64 vlan instances on this box.
