Spurious access errors - C3640

On an C3640 with IOS: c3640-i-mz.121-2.T we get some spurious access errors.

On Cisco Web i can see that the only thing to do is an IOS-update.

Question: Which is the exactly IOS we should use?

With 12.1 (14) the FastEthernet Interface is not recognized.
