SSL FTP failover (IPSWITCH) cisco solution???

is there a cisco solution to having an active/standby SSL FTP dual server setup? basically we want the backup server to take over the IP address of the primary ftp server incase of failure (almost like HSRP, but for servers)....(MS clustering will not work in this scenario)..server load balancing?? Content Engines?? anything????

Did you try Load Balancing protocol configuration in the NIC from the servers?
