Hi,
i have a problem with clients (special industrial robot control client), who doesn´t check for duplicated IP address if they connect to the network. So if a network card are changed (different MAC / same IP address) the network connection to the client doesn´t work until the client sends packets or the arp entry in the router times out.
So I will send a change request to the manufacturer, but I need the documentation of the standard who describe this functionality. Does anyone know where can I find it ?
