STP concern

Hello,

What care should be taken when adding / deleting VLAN in large enterprice LAN network? I am asking about STP issues.

Is there any additional configuration of STP exept that of default on switches?

If the switch is running PVST, then we cant add/delete the vlans without making any configuration changes. Because STP will run on all the Vlans by default. But if you are making vlans more than 64 then you need to run MST which will run 1 instance for multiple Vlans.
