STP Portfast on Trunked link to Router ?

On a configuration whereby the Cisco 3600 router running 4 Vlans is connected to a Catalyst 5505 via a single trunked 100mbps port, will there be any issue if STP portfast is turned on??

This is done to solve the HSRP on Cisco 3600 FE interface causes link flapping if network connectivity is disturbed issue.

Generally when two devices(ports) running spanningtree are connected,its not advisable to turn on portfast as it leads to looped paths.

I think I forgot to mention that the Cisco 3600 Router is not running STP. :)

This is addressed by CSCdr02376 and yes the workaround is to enable spantree portfast on the switchport.
