strange ATM error message

Hi everybody.

I have cisco 7200VXR with PA-A3-E3 ATM adapter. When I turn on "debug atm error", I have periodicaly the following error messgase:

00:17:18: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x326, Expected 0x2B0 from VPI:0 VCI:104

00:18:22: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x2FA, Expected 0x2CD from VPI:0 VCI:100

00:19:24: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x410, Expected 0x303 from VPI:0 VCI:105

00:21:28: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x37F, Expected 0x349 from VPI:0 VCI:102

00:22:30: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x387, Expected 0x3B3 from VPI:0 VCI:104

00:23:31: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x38F, Expected 0x3F1 from VPI:0 VCI:104

00:25:36: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x415, Expected 0x3D6 from VPI:0 VCI:103

00:27:33: ATM_OAM(ATM1/0): Bad Correlation tag. Received 0x455, Expected 0x482 from VPI:0 VCI:102

Does anybody know what does it mean ?

Looks like something is getting corrupted from an F5 OAM end to end loop back cells. Within an OAM F5 Cell is there is a 4 octet correlation tag. So either the OAM cells are being corrupted or not coming back properly.
