Strange data on NAM

We have a WS-SVC-NAM-2 installed in a Catalyst 6006.

When we open Traffic Analyzer we see a negative value or a value of 200% on CPU utilization (Admin > System > System Resources) and we are not capturing nor analyzing any data yet.

Which is the reason for these values?

Have you applied the NAM 2.2 Patch 1.0 from CCO yet?

You can do click on About icon in the NAM GUI to verify this. Apply this patch first, then do a 'config clear' on the NAM CLI and re-boot it. Once it comes back on-line check to see if you're still getting negative value on CPU%.

I can´t find any reference to this patch. Which are the bugs fixed with it ?, Could you please give me any additional info or link about this patch?

It seems every thing is working fine now so we haven´t installed the patch. Maybe it was just the moment after NAM reload .
