Strange Print out using Terminal Server connection

To print a job from HK to SG, I have a server with it's serial port connected to line 1 of a Terminal Server 2509 at HK end. The Line 1 is configured as follows

line 1

location "Hong Kong Test Printer"

exec-timeout 0 0

no activation-character

autocommand telnet 10.x.x.x 4034

transport input all

escape-character NONE

stopbits 1

flowcontrol software

through our company intranet, the job is passing to SG. At SG end, there is another terminal server 3620 with line 34 connecting to a printer.

The configuration is of that .

ine 34

location "Printer for HK"

exec-timeout 0 0

transport input all

flowcontrol software

However we got some problem when users passes print jobs to SG, the printout is so strange that they sometimes got the same line printing twice. However most of the time is running smooth. We have changed the printer, the cable and upgrade the IOS but no enhancement.

I have checked the config. Show line 1 in HK and show line 34 in SG.

There are some difference with

1 stopbit in HK

2 stopbit in SG

Special Chars:

Escape is none in SG

Escape is ^^X in SG

Please kindly help on this~!! Thank you very very much.

I think this can be a bug (CSCdk57206),when your using 2500 for printing over asynchronous lines by using software flow control, large numbers of overruns may occur. Have you tried using an IOS version above 12.1(1). This might solve your problem.
